The Architectural Brief
Project Scope & Objectives
Participants are tasked with designing a luxury residential home that integrates:
✔ Modern aesthetics & Nigerian cultural influences
✔ Smart home technology & automation
✔ Sustainable & energy-efficient solutions
✔ High-quality, durable, and cost-effective materials
✔ Functional, family-friendly, and luxurious living spaces
✔ Innovative space utilization & construction techniques
This is more than a design challenge—it's a chance to bring bold ideas to life, shaping the future of high-end housing in Nigeria.
Competition Categories
Architects will design for one of the following categories:
🔹 Luxury Single-Family Residence (Contemporary, Modern, or Traditional)
🔹 Eco-Smart Living (Sustainable, Off-Grid, or Energy-Efficient)
🔹 Innovative Space Design (Compact Homes, Multi-Functional Spaces)
🔹 Smart & Connected Living (AI-Integrated Homes, Automation-Driven Designs)
Design Guidelines & Requirements
All submissions must:
📌 Be designed within a specified land plot and budget constraints
📌 Incorporate sustainable materials & construction methods
📌 Feature functional, aesthetic, and cultural relevance
📌 Adhere to local and international building standards
Judging Criteria
Entries will be evaluated based on the following key factors:
